Coconut Cream Energy Squares

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup cashews
  • 2/3 almonds
  • 1/2 unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil & 1 1/2 cups of pitted dates

Preparation

  1. In a food processor pulse the nuts and dates till you get fine consistency, then add the oil and coconut shreds and mix till it’s all blended and soft to touch

  2. I packed it into a square dish with parchment paper and flattened it out

  3. I left it in the fridge for 1-1

  4. Hours to harden and then cut it into bite size squares??‍♀️
