Coconut Cream Energy Squares
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup cashews
- 2/3 almonds
- 1/2 unsweetened coconut shreds
- 2 tablespoon of coconut oil & 1 1/2 cups of pitted dates
Preparation
In a food processor pulse the nuts and dates till you get fine consistency, then add the oil and coconut shreds and mix till it’s all blended and soft to touch
I packed it into a square dish with parchment paper and flattened it out
I left it in the fridge for 1-1
Hours to harden and then cut it into bite size squares??♀️
