Pecan Oat Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 30-60 seconds.
Form the mixture into balls to make approximately 12 energy balls.
Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge and enjoy for up to a week.
