Delicious Guilt-Free Cookie Dough Bites for Sweet Tooth

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 3/4 cup almond flour (ground blanched almonds)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Pulse oats in a blender or food processor until finely ground. In a large mixing bowl combine the oat flour, almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well to combine.

  2. Add chocolate chips and mix again to combine. Then, form balls by rolling dough with hands (about the size of a ping-pong ball). Continue rolling until you've used all your batter.
