No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- additional chocolate
- sea salt
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients.
Scoop the mixture out and press into a pan using your hands.
Put in the freezer for an hour.
When hard, melt the additional chocolate and spread evenly on top.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
