No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • additional chocolate
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients.

  2. Scoop the mixture out and press into a pan using your hands.

  3. Put in the freezer for an hour.

  4. When hard, melt the additional chocolate and spread evenly on top.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt.
