Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR (GROUND ALMONDS)
  • 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
  • and 2 TBSP PLANT MILK
  • pinch of SALT
  • 1/2 CUP CHOC-CHIPS or CHOPPED CHOCOLATE

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine 1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR (GROUND ALMONDS), 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP, and 2 TBSP PLANT MILK. add a pinch of SALT and mix well. add in 1/2 CUP CHOC-CHIPS or CHOPPED CHOCOLATE, and combine evenly. add a little more flour or milk if needed

  2. Press into a lined tray, and pop in the freezer for half an hour

  3. Slice, and enjoy
