Vegan No Churn Watermelon Basil Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of juicy watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Freeze the mixture in a cake pan.

  3. After about an hour, re-blend the mixture.

  4. Wait for the perfect slushy consistency.
