Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates (Vegan/gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 12 oz pitted dates
- 1 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt
Preparation
Mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract together.
Mix in oat flour until well combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Cut a slit in each date.
Add cookie dough mixture into the middle of each date.
Optionally, top with melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
