10 Minute Chocolate Date Truffles
Ingredients
- 10 medjool dates
- coconut oil
- cacao powder
- vanilla
- nut butter (almond)
- pinch of salt
- splash of water
- almond flour
- cocoa powder for coating
Preparation
Blitz together dates, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla, nut butter, salt, water, and almond flour in a food processor.
Roll the mixture into balls and coat with cocoa powder.
Chill in the refrigerator or freezer until set.
Tips
Optionally soak dates in hot water to soften before blending if the food processor is not powerful.
If the mixture is too wet, use less almond flour or chill it before rolling to make balls easier to form.
Store in the freezer for a fudge-like consistency.
