Simple Date and Almond Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 150g dates
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a tiny little bit of water

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients except water into a blender and blend until homogeneous.

  2. Add a little water to make the mixture easier to form into balls.

  3. Roll the balls in coconut flakes, chia seeds, or any other desired topping.
