Simple Date and Almond Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 150g dates
- 50g ground almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- a pinch of salt
- a tiny little bit of water
Preparation
Throw all ingredients except water into a blender and blend until homogeneous.
Add a little water to make the mixture easier to form into balls.
Roll the balls in coconut flakes, chia seeds, or any other desired topping.
