Healthy Bliss Balls with Nuts and Cacao
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 6 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 TBS water
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Place walnuts and almonds in food processor, grind until small pieces
Then add dates, coconut, cacao powder, water, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt and mix it up until combined with a texture similar to dough
To make balls, scoop some mixture and roll
Place them in container, refrigerate for about an hour before you throw a few back
