Healthy Bliss Balls with Nuts and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 TBS water
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place walnuts and almonds in food processor, grind until small pieces

  2. Then add dates, coconut, cacao powder, water, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt and mix it up until combined with a texture similar to dough

  3. To make balls, scoop some mixture and roll

  4. Place them in container, refrigerate for about an hour before you throw a few back
