Delicious Paleo Vegan Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 6 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 TBS water
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Put walnuts and almonds in a food processor and grind until small pieces
Add dates, unsweetened shredded coconut, cocoa powder, water, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt and mix until combined with a texture similar to dough
Scoop some mixture and roll into balls
Place them in a container and refrigerate for about an hour before serving
