Ultra Healthy Vegan Brownie Bites for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ground oats or oat flour
  • 2 tbsps of cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil or 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp agave or maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • almond milk as needed

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.

  2. Mix all of these ingredients in a medium bowl, whilst slowly adding in small increments of almond milk until the mixture is nice and smooth.

  3. Mould this into balls with your hands.

  4. Place them on the baking sheet in the oven and allow to bake for 12-20 minutes.

  5. The lesser they cook, the gooier they’ll be.

  6. Pair this with coconut yogurt, granola, and a mixture of fruit.
