No-bake peanut butter cups
Ingredients
Base
- 72g oat flour
- 40g peanut butter
- 40g agave syrup (or maple)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 40g almond milk (add more if too dry)
Chocolate
- 45g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (or maple)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 40g almond milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients for the base layer in a food processor or use your hands.
Shape small cups and let them set in the freezer while making the chocolate filling.
Add all the ingredients for the chocolate layer in a small bowl and blend together. Heat up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Fill the cups with chocolate and freeze for another 30 minutes or more for the chocolate layer to solidify further.
