Vegan White Snickers Bar
Ingredients
Date caramel
- 1 cup dates
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Bottom
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup date caramel
Additional
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 100g white chocolate
Preparation
Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes and drain.
Blend soaked dates with peanut butter, salt, and vanilla extract to make date caramel.
Mix oat flour with 1/4 cup of date caramel to form the bottom layer.
Press the bottom layer into a lined pan or mold.
Sprinkle peanuts over the bottom layer.
Freeze the assembled bar for 1 hour.
Melt white chocolate.
Coat the frozen bar in melted white chocolate and let it set.
