Avocado Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Mousse

  • 1.5 avocados
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk (the thick part of a can)
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Preparation

Base

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender.

  3. Pour the dough into a form.

  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mousse

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Pour over the crust.

  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Enjoy!
