Sweet Potato Mousse with Cacao and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 350g sweet potato
  • 1 scoop of Plantforce protein
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp sweetener (agave nectar or sugar-free syrup)

Preparation

  1. Steam the sweet potato until soft

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

  3. Spoon into serving bowls

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours

  5. Add your toppings
