Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Dates and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh dates
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Freeze for 30 minutes or more if you like it thicker.

  3. Serve with peanut butter and coconut milk or anything else you prefer.
