Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

Peanut butter chunks

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Ice cream base

  • 1 (14 oz) can coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 ice cubes
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Spread the peanut butter on a baking pan and let it freeze for a few hours until hard and chunk-like

  2. Take it out and cut or break into chunks

  3. Blend all the ingredients mentioned above together in a high speed blender or food processor, or use an ice cream maker, until you achieve the desired consistency

  4. Add the peanut butter chunks into the mixture and enjoy
