Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients
Peanut butter chunks
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Ice cream base
- 1 (14 oz) can coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Spread the peanut butter on a baking pan and let it freeze for a few hours until hard and chunk-like
Take it out and cut or break into chunks
Blend all the ingredients mentioned above together in a high speed blender or food processor, or use an ice cream maker, until you achieve the desired consistency
Add the peanut butter chunks into the mixture and enjoy
