Watermelon Mint Vegan Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 5 cups watermelon
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix.
Freeze in a cake pan until solid.
