Homemade Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 400g frozen strawberries
- 1 cup (240ml) full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup (80ml) maple syrup, or adjust the amount to your taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a container and place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
After that time, you can scoop and serve the ice cream, or mix it and freeze for another 20 minutes.
You can also freeze it for several hours and let it soften for 5-10 minutes before serving.
