Chocolate Covered Snickers Dates

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 6 roasted cashew nuts
  • 80g dark chocolate (vegan)
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Pit the dates.

  2. Fill with peanut butter and a whole cashew nut.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and cover the dates. Sprinkle some sea salt on top.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy.
