Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp coconut flour
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
Spoon it into separate balls on a baking sheet and leave half of the melted chocolate for the covering.
Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile blend the rest of the ingredients.
Form small balls with the chocolate inside and cover them with melted chocolate.
Store in the fridge.
