Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars

Ingredients

Chocolate base

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Peanut butter layer

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • splash plant milk

Topping

  • jam of choice

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the chocolate base.

  2. Line a slice tray with baking paper and put the dough in it.

  3. Blend the ingredients for the peanut butter layer and pour on the chocolate base.

  4. Add a jam of choice on top.

  5. Put in the freezer for a few hours and enjoy.
