Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars
Ingredients
Chocolate base
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Peanut butter layer
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- splash plant milk
Topping
- jam of choice
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients for the chocolate base.
Line a slice tray with baking paper and put the dough in it.
Blend the ingredients for the peanut butter layer and pour on the chocolate base.
Add a jam of choice on top.
Put in the freezer for a few hours and enjoy.
