4 Ingredient Snickers Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (220g) dates (pitted // if dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain)
  • 3 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (or sub flax or hemp seeds)
  • 2/3 cup (60g) gluten-free rolled oats

Preparation

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until you have a grainy texture that sticks together when you pinch it

  2. Roll into 1 inch balls between your hands

  3. You can eat them immediately or after a stint in the fridge or freezer

  4. Keep for a week in an airtight container in the fridge or three months in the freezer
