4 Ingredient Snickers Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup (220g) dates (pitted // if dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain)
- 3 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (or sub flax or hemp seeds)
- 2/3 cup (60g) gluten-free rolled oats
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until you have a grainy texture that sticks together when you pinch it
Roll into 1 inch balls between your hands
You can eat them immediately or after a stint in the fridge or freezer
Keep for a week in an airtight container in the fridge or three months in the freezer
