Healthy Snickers Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 4 tablespoons peanut flavored protein powder
- the chocolate layer:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup peanuts to sprinkle on top (can be lightly salted)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients of the bottom layer together. Line a dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into base. Put into the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave. Pour on top of the bottom layer. Sprinkle the peanuts on top. Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours or put into the freezer for an hour. Cut into bars and enjoy!;)
