Healthy Snickers Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter⁣
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup⁣
  • 1 cup almond flour ⁣
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk⁣
  • 4 tablespoons peanut flavored protein powder⁣
  • the chocolate layer:⁣
  • 100 g dark chocolate⁣
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil⁣
  • 1/4 cup peanuts to sprinkle on top⁣ (can be lightly salted)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the bottom layer together. Line a dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into base. Put into the fridge to set for a couple of hours.⁣

  2. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave. Pour on top of the bottom layer. Sprinkle the peanuts on top. Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours or put into the freezer for an hour. Cut into bars and enjoy!;)
