Homemade Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together until smooth

  2. Mix in chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes

  3. Roll into approximately 16 balls and enjoy, or dip in melted chocolate and freeze for about 15 minutes
