Homemade Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp full fat coconut milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together until smooth
Mix in chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes
Roll into approximately 16 balls and enjoy, or dip in melted chocolate and freeze for about 15 minutes
