Hazelnut bliss balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt⁣
  • 1 tbs chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Place hazelnuts in food processor, process until hazelnuts are chopped into small pieces

  2. Now add cacao powder, maple syrup, vanill, salt and chocolate and pulse until ingredients all stick together

  3. If mixture is too dry add 1 tsp water at a time until mixture holds together well enough to form into balls⁣

  4. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and insert a hazelnut into the centre of each and form ball around it

  5. This step is optional but makes them taste more like a ferrero rocher⁣

  6. Chop a few more hazelnuts to roll each ball in the mixture to coat outside

  7. Eat right away or store them in the fridge for later! enjoy!⁣
