Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
- about 7 tsp peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
In a bowl, add almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt. Mix well.
Make round cookies and make dimples in the middle with your thumbs and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Take out and let cool completely.
Add a dollop of peanut butter on each cookie and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil and cover each cookie on all sides.
Place back in the freezer for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
