Vegan Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 heaping tablespoons nut or seed butter
- 2 tablespoons agave or syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
Combine almond flour, nut butter, agave, and syrup.
Mix in about 2 tablespoons of the chocolate chips, reserving the rest for the chocolate coating.
Roll the dough into balls and freeze while you melt the chocolate.
Combine the chocolate and coconut oil and melt together using a double boiler method.
Take the cookie dough balls and coat in chocolate. Freeze until chocolate is hardened and enjoy.
