Easy Truffles from Cupcake Crumbs
Ingredients
- 1 cup cupcake crumbs
- 1/4 cup nut butter
Chocolate dip
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon cacao butter
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
Preparation
For every 1 cup of crumbs, add 1/4 cup of nut butter and mix together to form balls.
Prepare chocolate sauce by combining 1/4 cup chocolate chips, 1 Tablespoon cacao butter, and 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil; stir over low heat until melted.
Dip the balls in the chocolate sauce.
Roll the dipped balls in your choice of coating, such as nuts, sprinkles, or powdered dried fruit.
Refrigerate to firm up and enjoy.
