Chocolate Peanut Caramel Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 1/3 cup Dates
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 cup Choc Protein (I used @macr0mike)
- 3 tbs Almond Milk
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 tbs Buckinis (optional)
Caramel
- 1/4 cup Dates
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil
- Peanuts (optional)
Chocolate top
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
Preparation
Blend dates until smooth. Stir through remaining base ingredients. Press into tray or moulds and put in the freezer to set.
Blend caramel ingredients (except peanuts) until smooth. Pour on top of base and press in peanuts. Put back in the freezer.
In a bowl stir together chocolate topping ingredients and pour over set caramel.
These are best stored in the freezer as they get very melty and gooey very quickly.
