Vegan No Bake Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates (medjool preferred)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- sprinkle of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup ➖
Preparation
His dessert is super easily made! Add the almonds (you can pre soak them the night before if you like) to a food processor and pulse until mostly broken down
Next you add the dates, tahini, maple syrup, salt and blend everything togheter
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper
Take out the dough like consistency out of the blender and scrape it onto the parchment paper forming a square
While you let that sit a few minutes, use the microwave to melt the dark chocolate
Now, just cover the dough with the chocolate, using a spatula
Put the pan in the freezer or fridge for a few hours so that chocolate sticks to the bars
