Peanut Butter and Jelly Chickpea Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Jam of choice

Preparation

  1. Spoon your jam on a baking tray and make small separate discs.

  2. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

  3. Blend the rest of the ingredients (you can also add in some cinnamon or vanilla extract).

  4. Take the jam discs out of the freezer.

  5. Take about a tablespoon of the dough and make a flat circle with it.

  6. Put jam on the dough and form a small ball.

  7. Store in the fridge or freeze for later.
