Peanut Butter and Jelly Chickpea Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 can chickpeas
- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Jam of choice
Preparation
Spoon your jam on a baking tray and make small separate discs.
Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Blend the rest of the ingredients (you can also add in some cinnamon or vanilla extract).
Take the jam discs out of the freezer.
Take about a tablespoon of the dough and make a flat circle with it.
Put jam on the dough and form a small ball.
Store in the fridge or freeze for later.
