Easy 5-Ingredient Vegan Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 150g chickpeas (cooked or canned)
  • 20g peanut butter
  • 25ml plant milk of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 10g vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor except the chocolate chips.

  2. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the chocolate chips.

  4. Enjoy.
