Easy 5-Ingredient Vegan Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 150g chickpeas (cooked or canned)
- 20g peanut butter
- 25ml plant milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 10g vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor except the chocolate chips.
Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the chocolate chips.
Enjoy.
