Healthier Vegan Kit Kat Candy Bar
Ingredients
- 3 cups low FODMAP crunchy cereal
- 1.5 cups vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup peanut butter
Preparation
Place 3 cups of low FODMAP crunchy cereal in a bowl
In a saucepan, combine 1.5 cups of vegan chocolate chips, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup coconut oil, and 1 cup of peanut butter
Heat the mixture until melted
Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir until the chocolate is evenly distributed
Transfer the mixture to a parchment paper-lined baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes
