Healthier Vegan Kit Kat Candy Bar

Ingredients

  • 3 cups low FODMAP crunchy cereal
  • 1.5 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Place 3 cups of low FODMAP crunchy cereal in a bowl

  2. In a saucepan, combine 1.5 cups of vegan chocolate chips, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup coconut oil, and 1 cup of peanut butter

  3. Heat the mixture until melted

  4. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir until the chocolate is evenly distributed

  5. Transfer the mixture to a parchment paper-lined baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes
