No-Bake Chocolate-Filled Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate filling
- 6 teaspoons heaped chocolate spread of your choice
Preparation
Mix all cookie cup ingredients together, then divide the mixture into 6 cupcake molds and press down to form cup shapes. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and add 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread into each cup. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
Tips
Let the cups sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
