No-Bake Chocolate-Filled Cookie Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate filling

  • 6 teaspoons heaped chocolate spread of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all cookie cup ingredients together, then divide the mixture into 6 cupcake molds and press down to form cup shapes. Freeze for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove from the freezer and add 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread into each cup. Freeze for another 10 minutes.

Tips

  1. Let the cups sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
