Vegan High Protein Peanut Butter Millionaires Shortbread

Ingredients

Base

  • 40g vanilla protein powder
  • 25g coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 15g coconut oil
  • almond milk

Peanut layer

  • 50g peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Top layer

  • 25g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes

  2. Combine the peanut layer ingredients

  3. Melt the top layer ingredients together
