Vegan Gluten-Free Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 flax eggs (2 Tbsp flax seeds + 6 Tbsp water - soaked for 5 minutes)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 or 2/3 cup chopped dark chocolate
- Flaky sea salt to sprinkle on top
Preparation
Mix the oil, tahini, sugar, and the soaked flaxseed.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350°F on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Let the cookies cool for a couple of minutes before removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
