Vegan Cookies Week
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil;
- 2 tbsp chopped rosemary;
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1/2 tsp baking soda;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder;
- 1/3 cup vegan mini chocolate chips;
Preparation
Mix the coconut oil, rosemary, sugar, and the soaked flaxseed. T
Then add half flour with the salt and with baking soda and baking powder. T
Then add the rest of the flour with the chocolate chips
Bake for +/- 12 min at 350F
