Vegan Cookies Week

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil;
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary;
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar;
  • 1/2 tsp salt;
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda;
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder;
  • 1/3 cup vegan mini chocolate chips;

Preparation

  1. Mix the coconut oil, rosemary, sugar, and the soaked flaxseed. T

  2. Then add half flour with the salt and with baking soda and baking powder. T

  3. Then add the rest of the flour with the chocolate chips

  4. Bake for +/- 12 min at 350F
