Vegan Orange Chocolate Fudgy Cookies
Ingredients
- 180g coconut sugar
- 200g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 70ml soya milk
- 50g olive oil
- 100g orange flavour Bourneville or any vegan chocolate
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients as specified.
Stir in 70ml soya milk and 50g olive oil to form a cookie dough.
Mix in 100g orange flavour Bourneville or any vegan chocolate.
Separate the dough into 12 balls on a lined baking tray, ensuring they have room to spread, and flatten slightly with your palm.
Bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
Note that the entire process takes about five minutes to mix and ten minutes to bake, and using coconut sugar is recommended for the best fudgy texture with a crisp edge and soft center.
