Vegan Cookies Week
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free flour;
- 1/4 cup coconut flour;
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or monk fruit)
Preparation
Mix coconut oil with sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients to form a dough
Roll into balls, place on a cookie sheet, and bake 17 minutes
Turn off the oven, open the oven door and let the cookies cool in there for 5 minutes
Then take it out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes more to firm up
