Easy Coconut Macaroons by Beaming Baker

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup small coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with baking paper.

  2. In a food processor, mix all ingredients together until you have a thick and sticky mixture.

  3. Using a small or medium cookie scoop, scoop firmly packed balls of the coconut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden around the edges.

  4. Leave the macaroons to cool completely before enjoying.
