Easy Coconut Macaroons by Beaming Baker
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup small coconut shreds
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with baking paper.
In a food processor, mix all ingredients together until you have a thick and sticky mixture.
Using a small or medium cookie scoop, scoop firmly packed balls of the coconut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden around the edges.
Leave the macaroons to cool completely before enjoying.
