Delicious Fudgy Sweet Potato Brownies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sweet potato
- 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Natvia living sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 Macro Mike chocolate protein
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- chocolate chunks (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel and chop one small sweet potato and steam until soft.
Mash up sweet potato and add remaining ingredients except chocolate chunks.
Blend in a food processor until you get a smooth blend.
Stir through chocolate chunks or any other add-ins.
Pour into a lined baking tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Leave in the pan and cool for 15 minutes before putting in the fridge.
