Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour⁣
  • 1 tbsp baking powder⁣
  • 1 tbsp sugar (i used coconut)⁣
  • 1 cup dairy free milk⁣
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips⁣

Preparation

  1. Combine your dry ingredients first and mix them well

  2. Then add in the coconut oil and milk

  3. Once they are combined, fold in the chocolate chips

  4. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the baking powder can activate

  5. Grease a pan with some coconut oil and turn the heat on to medium

  6. Then take 1/4 cup scoop to make each pancake

  7. Cook for a few minutes on each side and then flip

  8. Top with some plant based butter and maple syrup
