Chocolatey Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3/4cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1cup of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • optional: chocolate chips or cut up dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients together

  2. Add the plant milk and the melted coconut oil

  3. Mix in the cut up chocolate

  4. Heat a large pan (medium to high heat) and grease it with some coconut oil

  5. Scoop 1-2 tbsp from the pancake batter and cook it until the edge of the pancake turns golden-brown and then flip it?

  6. Add some coconut yoghurt, melted chocolate and banana on top
