Glutenfree Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 dl buckwheat flour
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl

  2. Melt coconut oil in the pan and add to the bowl together with the rest of the ingredients

  3. Stir everything well and pour the batter into the pan

  4. I served mine with dark chocolate, cherries, strawberries and millet puffs
