Glutenfree Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl
Melt coconut oil in the pan and add to the bowl together with the rest of the ingredients
Stir everything well and pour the batter into the pan
I served mine with dark chocolate, cherries, strawberries and millet puffs
