Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 dl flour
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Melt coconut oil in the pan and add it to the bowl together with the rest of the ingredients.
Stir everything well.
Pour the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Tips
Top with berries and syrup for serving.
