Fluffy Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3 dl flour
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

  5. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serving suggestions

  1. Top with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of white chocolate.
