Fluffy Vegan Lemon Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2.5 dl flour
- 2 dl oat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the liquids and stir until you have a smooth batter.
Add some coconut oil to your pan and fry your pancakes.
Use about 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake to make approximately 7 pancakes.
Tips
Top the pancakes with fresh strawberries and agave syrup for a delicious finish.
Adding lemon juice to the batter instead of on top provides a fresher flavor.
