Easy Vegan Pancake Stack

Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 320g soymilk
  • 25g starch
  • 50g agave syrup
  • 8g vanilla sugar
  • 7g baking powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Optional

  • 2 tsp cacao powder

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, starch, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the soymilk, agave syrup, and apple cider vinegar.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.

  4. If using cacao powder, fold it in at this stage for a chocolate variation.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary.

  6. Spoon batter onto the hot surface to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

  7. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown.

  8. Stack the pancakes on a plate and serve warm.
